The Inn at the Black Olive is as green as, well, a martini olive. The Spiliadis family, who also run the Fell's Point restaurant of the same name, have eco-fied the 12 luxury suites. Among the earth-friendly amenities are Sanijet hydrotherapy tubs with organic herb-infused sea salts, furniture made of bamboo or recovered wood with vegetable-based sealers, and fresh flowers and air-filtering plants. Free yoga is offered on the rooftop (reservations required), and organic breakfast is included in rate.
