The Circus Hotel is one of the newer kids on the block, opened in 2008 by the owners of the popular Circus Hostel (across the street). The hotel serves a slightly more upscale clientele, though rates are still quite reasonable; rooms include wood floors, flat-screen TV's, free WiFi and stylish, minimalist furnishings. The management emphasizes sustainable, "green" initiatives such as recycling programs, rooftop solar panels and energy-saving lightbulbs throughout the property.
