The affordable Victorian Hotel was built in 1898 as one of the first guesthouses in Vancouver (then Gastown). The charmingly restored hotel has a few modern touches (iPod docking stations, free Wi-Fi) as well as exquisitely appointed bathrooms and down duvets. Some rooms have shared baths. The hotel has been featured in several movies and television series, including "The X-Files," "Supernatural" and "Double Jeopardy."
